FANSQ (Frequently Asked No Stupid Questions)
1. When will my order arrive?
I typically ship within 1-3 business days, sometimes day of! I'm currently in Kyoto. This will result in order arrival by Japan Yu-pack or Letter mail in 5-7 business days.
2. When will my order arrive if I'm not located in the Japan?
International shipping by JP Post Air Mail will take approximately 6-13 business days (2-3 weeks). I am sorry for the long travel.
3. Do you sign your prints?
Yes they are stamped with hanko or signed.
4. I don't have a tracking number on my print order?
I have to ship prints without tracking via Small Packet Airmail to keep costs down and get you good prices. I want to provide affordable prints at low shipping but unfortunately this does not permit me to provide tracking on print orders. Orders of Originals are always provided with tracking because of their increased costs. Thank you for your understanding.
